Josiah Fowler 2" slick

This Canadian made slick by Josiah Fowler of St Johns New Brunswick it was forged circa 1860 . It is 11" overall and the blade end is in good+ condition. It appears a previous user has used it as a splitting wedge and the handle was lost and the socket mushroomed. I was cut off and there is about 1 1/2" of socket left but will require cleaning and swedging to the socket. Still a nice piece for any collction of early Canadian tools.
